The Institute has successfully conducted a five-day training on Mediation Skills and Techniques for LG Leaders (Mangmis) of Bumthang, Chhukha, Samtse, and Trongsa Dzongkhag today. The training was aimed at building the capacity for LG Leaders to resolve and manage conflicts which arise in their respective communities. It was attended by 33 Mangmis.
