Bhutan Law Review is the country’s first law journal published on a biennial basis by the Bhutan National Legal Institute, the Training and Research arm of the Royal Court of Justice, Judiciary of Kingdom of Bhutan. It is published in February and November coincinding with the Royal birth anniversaries of His Majesty the King and His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo respectivley.
The Journal is the brainchild of Her Royal Highness Ashi Sonam Dechan Wangchuck, the Hon. President of the Institute. It provides academic platform for the judges and other members of the legal fraternity to engage in Research and Continuing Legal Education. The Institute will publish the 14th volume of the Journal in November 2020.
We would like to solicit articles from the national and international scholars, judges, and legal academia.
