In keeping with the recent transformation exercise in the civil service, the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) has discontinued the Post-Graduate Diploma (PGD) courses at the Royal Institute of Management (RIM) from 2023.
In line with this, the Bhutan National Legal Institute (BNLI) decided in its 87th HRC meeting held on 29th November 2022 that the Institute would not be in a position to facilitate the course from 2023 onwards due to inadequate human resources and infrastructure.
