Having completed training on “Mediation Skills and Techniques” for the Mangmis of 205 Gewogs in the country, a total of 26 Thromde Thuemis (14 Dzongkhag Thromde Thuemis and 12 Thromde Thuemis) are undergoing a five-day intensive training on mediation skills and techniques in Phuentsholing which began today. The training aims to equip local leaders with the skills and techniques necessary for resolving disputes in their respective Thromdes. The training funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) will conclude on September 15, 2023.
