Bhutan National Legal Institute conducted Workshop on Alternative Dispute Resolution/Mediation for the Post-Graduate Diploma in National Law trainees (PGDNL Class of 2019/22nd Batch) from 25 – 27 September. The trainees were familiarised with the fundamental principles and concepts of ADR in general and Mediation in particular. They were also imparted basic mediation skills and techniques.
